Safety Whitewater Rafting

regional differences in marijuana terminology . . .?
Amongst whitewater river people in the southeastern US having a "safety meeting" is slang for going to smoke weed. I guess the term is a product of having paying rafting customers nearby. I think the phrase is charming and ironically hilarious. Is this term used by whitewater folk in other areas of the country?
what about surfers? Mountain guides? Construction workers? Anyone else have any terminology unique to a cloistered group?
Thanks!
I have heard "safety meeting" in factory settings, so its use is not limited to rafting. In general, the choices of innuendo when using double speech or double entendre is limitless.

Smoke jumpers can "burn trees", managers can "check inventory". A classic is "to see a man about a horse/dog."

One of the most unique I've ever heard was, "Gary", as in "a group of people needed to go talk to Gary." I don't know whether it was Sponge-Bob inspired or not.
